We got an extra 15 minutes sleep today...we woke at 6:15am for our morning devotionals and worship and followed by breakfast.
Work continued on the chapel walls, trusses, roof, and benches. We got more done than they expected...WISCONSIN Work effort showing off! We are ahead of schedule and should be done in plenty of time to put the structure up on Friday. Part of our group will even be able to help the other group.
I hope you enjoy the pictures from the morning and tune into tonight for pics and video. VBS program going on in nearby area today.
Tropical Storm Emily Update: They anticipate the storm coming through tomorrow and what that means for us is....lots of rain, possible 6 inches or more. There is no danger for flooding as we are not close to the mountains, and the wind should not be any more than crazy Wisconsin storms. We have internet here and will continue to monitor, but there is not worry from the full-time missionaries as it is not expected to intensify before it comes by us.
Please reply to the blog....students are asking if you are saying anything.
Much Love,
Mark
