Thank you!

I want to thank everyone that made this experience possible. There was family, friends from school, friends from youth group, leaders, mentors, church members, people that had gone before us to Mexico, all the people from Cristo Rey, and so many more. Thank you for your love and prayer and encouragement.

We are home, mostly in one piece. Many are recovering from the fatigue and weariness of traveling to a foreign country (me especially), but I would not change a thing.

We were able to experience a wonderful church community and beautiful Yucatan culture. We were able to serve and be served by people. We learned about the heritage of a beautiful group of people. We made friends that we now now consider family and we reached out as one to a group of people that need Jesus.

We all saw the same thing...God is at work in Mexico! He is. And there is so much we can learn from seeing the church in action in Mexico. My hope is that we are able to encourage the kids, friends, and all people that shared this experience to remember the power of God and how much He can work through people when they are united in purpose.
