Travel Day to Chichen Itza and Mayan village

We are officially tired and sore and the travel day comes at a perfect time. We will regroup tonight and prepare of the work with the children with the people of Cristo Rey to reach the children in the community.

As always, your prayers for guidance and strength and continued team unity is appreciated. Look for some additional comments today. We love and cherish your replies.

Much love.

  3. Hi Team! Hi Zach! The dig site area looks like you've done an incredible amount of digging, shoveling, clearing...all in the midst of a high heat! (It's hot and humid here, which helps me appreciate more fully all the sweating for Jesus that each one of you are doing in Mexico!) I'm rejoicing with you that your muscles are able to get a break with a travel day! Enjoy! I'm also praying that as "the little children come to you" tonight, they will come face to face with Jesus in you, as you welcome them! To God be the Glory for all that He is accomplishing in you because of your copperation with Him!

  7. Nikki, it's such a relief to see your smiling face today! Been searching for you in each picture - and it's such a blessing and relief to see you smiling. I too, am praying, praying, praying. Praying the little ones will experience Jesus' love by their contact with each one of you - and that not only will they come away changed - but that all of you will too - the way that only HE can do! Keep up the good work, and stay hydrated and diligent with your health - no slacking off now that you are half way through!! Finish strong!
    Love you,
    Mom and Tina

  11. Jack! Andrew and I think what you're doing is pretty great! Have fun and make sure you break off a piece of an ancient Mayan building... It's totally legal :)

  12. Don't worry, Jack, I hate planes too. But you still have to get back on one if you want to go back to sleeping in your own comfy bed!
Great work you are all doing. Everyone back home is very proud. Have fun and stay safe!

  14. Hello everybody! You are constantly in my thoughts and prayers. I keep checking the blog for updates; heartfelt thanks to you Pastor Mark for all the blog entries! I appreciate the news and all the photos!

Today I've been praying through Romans 15 for you all. (I love how some of it reads in The Message:)

    Romans 15:7-13

    The Message (MSG)

"So reach out and welcome one another to God’s glory. Jesus did it; now you do it!...

People of all nations, celebrate God!
All colors and races, give hearty praise!...

May the God of green hope fill (each one of) you up with joy, fill you up with peace, so that your believing lives, filled with the life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope!"

Now to Him who is able to keep you!
